The Department of Surgery will verify training for a surgical internship, residency and/or fellowships. Effective July 1, 2015 the following fee schedule applies for all verifications:
If the doctor trained within the past five (5) years: $150CAD*
If the doctor trained more than five (5) years ago: $300CAD*
Payment can be in Canadian Dollars or the equivalent in USD
There is no charge for current staff/residents/fellows or for residents/fellows that have completed training within the past six (6) months.
