Ravi Kumar

Dr. Ravi Kumar is a fellowship-trained urologic oncologist and robotic surgeon. He completed his Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University, followed by his medical degree and Urology residency at the University of Ottawa. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in Urologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and the University of Toronto. During his fellowship, he also obtained a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Kumar provides comprehensive urologic care with a particular focus on prostate, kidney and bladder cancer. His practice includes robotic prostatectomy, robotic partial nephrectomy, robotic cystectomy and other advanced minimally invasive procedures. He also performs MRI software-fusion transperineal prostate biopsies.

In addition to cancer care, Dr. Kumar practices general urology, addressing conditions including elevated PSA, hematuria, BPH and voiding symptoms, kidney stones, adrenal masses and other urologic concerns.
