Zane Cohen Lecture - Virtual

This year’s speaker will be Dr. Michael Gardam, who was previously Chief of Staff at Humber River, and who is now the CEO of PEI Health. He is an expert on complexity science and will speak to us about how organizations and systems should strategize as we recover from the COVID pandemic. He will address burnout, wellness and the impact of the work environment, and ways to innovate and stay positive.
